便秘大都为大便太干或者太硬所导致的排出困难,也有可能是肠胃不给力 .....
造成便秘的主要原因:
纤维质摄取不足、常吃燥热上火的食物、喝水不够、三餐速食、生活压力过大、运动量不足、久坐或者久卧床、肠躁症(Irritable bowel syndrome)所引起 ...
纾解便秘的方法:
多吃蔬菜和水果、少吃燥热上火的食物、多喝水、三餐少速食、适当的纾解压力、多运动、久坐或久卧时要起来动一动、喝咖啡可刺激排便但要注意也要喝水,因为咖啡也利尿,若是身体喝了咖啡却又缺水的话,会造成身体不适 ....
