I've been taking it occasionally for a while now due to insomnia. Been trying different brands but not brave enough to take bigger dosage. 10mg apparently is ok but I am sticking to 3mg. I just changed brand and well, when this is finished, I'm not sure if I'd like to stick to this... I stopped taking for now. Will take again when I'm desperate. 😅 Thanks for dropping by.
