but in the south-eastern part, Every Monday is useless because you are forced to sit at home every Monday. Step out and you will be shot dead.

It's that bad. Killings are rising every day. You can imagine through out this week only one day we are permitted to step outside, the rest of the days you must be indoors, or face the consequences
