[PL / ENG] Park Śląski My Actifit Report Card: June 11 2024

Wtorek. Miałam zawieźć auto do serwisu na naprawę gwarancyjną klimatyzacji. Niestety, auto miało tam zostać do środy. Z jednej strony była to więc okazja do realizacji mojego planu - spaceru po Parku Śląskim - a z drugiej nie do końca, bo zamiast niespiesznie wrócić po auto i komfortowo do domu, musiałam uwzględnić podróż autobusem.

Tuesday. I was supposed to take the car to the service center for a warranty repair of the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the car was supposed to stay there until Wednesday. On the one hand, it was an opportunity to implement my plan - a walk in the Silesian Park - but on the other hand, it was not entirely possible, because instead of leisurely returning to pick up the car and comfortably go home, I had to take the bus into account.

Po oddaniu samochodu ruszyłyśmy z Dzidzią w stronę parku. Przed siebie, bez konkretnego azymutu. Musiałyśmy rzecz jasna przejść troszeczkę przez gigantyczne osiedle.

After returning the car, Baby and I set off towards the park. Ahead, with no specific azimuth. Of course, we had to walk a bit through the gigantic housing estate.

Potem okrążyłyśmy stadion.

Then we circled the stadium.

Potem ścieżką spacerową wzdłuż stawu, pod linią "eLki" - kolei liniowej nad parkiem. Jadą zarówno zamknięte wagoniki, jak i ławeczki. Dla każdego coś dobrego. Swoją drogą, kiedyś musiałabym się w końcu nią przejechać :)

Then along the walking path along the pond, under the "eLki" line - a cable railway over the park. There are both closed carriages and benches. Something good for everyone. By the way, I'd have to take a ride with it someday :)

Stawik. Ale szczerze? Wolę nasze rozlewisko.

The pond. But honestly? I prefer our backwater.

Choć tu nad stawem jest taka restauracja Przystań, tego nam nad Rozlewiskiem brakuje.

Although there is a Przystań restaurant here at the pond, we miss this at the Pool.

Jest fontanna, kopuła w tle, no ogólnie niebrzydko.
Podejrzewam, że gdybym się odważyła na dłuższy spacer, to widoki byłyby znacznie ciekawsze. Ba, nie podejrzewam, a wiem to - przecież bywałam w tym parku nie raz, nie dwa :) tyle, że dość dawno.

There is a fountain, a dome in the background, and overall it's not bad.
I suspect that if I had dared to take a longer walk, the views would have been much more interesting. Well, I don't suspect it, but I know it - I've been to this park more than once, not twice :) but quite a long time ago.

Skręciłyśmy w kierunku osiedla przy pelikanach, bo chciałam jednak ogarnąć autobus i wrócić rozsądnie, żeby zdążyć po Bombla.

We turned towards the pelican estate, because I wanted to catch the bus and return sensibly to get Bombel.

Pożegnała nas taka ruda pani :)

Mam 3 nowe kilometry. Choć rzecz jasna trasa nie nowa, ale zrobiona w erze sprzed Wandrer.earth.

I have 3 new kilometers. Although, of course, the route is not new, but created in the era before Wandrer.earth.

Jako, że nie mam auta, po południu zamiast jechać do Babci, zaprosiliśmy Babcię do nas. A dzięki temu mogliśmy pójść na fajny spacer z dużym rowerkiem!

Since I don't have a car, in the afternoon, instead of going to Grandma's, we invited Grandma to visit us. And thanks to this we could go for a nice walk with a big bike!
