[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2023

Musiałam pojawić się w pewnych ustaleniach w pracy, a że teraz spędzam cudowne dni z Bomblem, to pojechaliśmy razem. Najmłodszy pracownik roku :)
A poza tym świętowałam wczoraj czwarte urodziny na Hive, wszystkiego najlepszego ja :D

I had to make some arrangements at work, and since I'm now spending wonderful days with Bombl, we went together. Youngest employee of the year :)
And besides, I celebrated my fourth birthday on Hive yesterday, happy birthday me :D

A jeszcze poza tym, to wieczorem zaprosiłam Bombelka na wspólny trening - kardio, siłowy z gumami mini band i trochę jogi. Ćwiczył ze mną dzielnie i nawet wymyślił ciekawe ćwiczenia. Taki partner do treningu to jest to!

And apart from that, in the evening I invited Bombel to a training session - cardio, strength training with mini bands and some yoga. He trained bravely with me and even came up with some interesting exercises. This is a training partner!
