[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2023

W piątek rano Bombel wstał nawet przed budzikiem, ale śniadania zjeść nie chciał, wyglądał mizernie i mówił, że boli go brzuszek. Dodajmy do tego katar, który ma od połowy września. Niewiele musiałam rozważać, chętnie wykorzystałam to, że w końcu żadna pilna robota mnie nie ściga, i z całą przyjemnością zostawiłam go w domu.

On Friday morning, Bombel even got up before the alarm clock, but he didn't want to eat breakfast, he looked miserable and said that his stomach hurt. Let's add to this the runny nose he's had since mid-September. I didn't have to think much about it, I gladly took advantage of the fact that I finally had no urgent work to do and was happy to leave him at home.

Pojechaliśmy do lekarza, niestety autem, bo w naszej przychodni nie było dziś pediatry - skierowano nas więc do innej dzielnicy. Bombel został skrupulatnie przebadany i obejrzany, i wychodzi na to, że zasadniczo - nic mu nie jest. Może ma lekką niestrawność, a utrzymujący się katar to lekkie przeziębienie, nic więcej. I całe szczęście - przynajmniej sprawdziłam to w piątek, nie będę musiała się więc stresować przez weekend, czy czegoś poważniejszego nie zlekceważyłam, zwłaszcza, że przecież weekend spędzamy w Krakowie.

We went to the doctor, unfortunately by car, because there was no pediatrician at our clinic today - so we were directed to another district. Bombel was thoroughly examined and examined, and it turns out that there is basically nothing wrong with him. Maybe he has mild indigestion, and the persistent runny nose is just a mild cold, nothing more. And luckily - at least I checked it on Friday, so I won't have to stress over the weekend or ignore something more serious, especially since we're spending the weekend in Krakow.

Pani doktor była zachwycona Bomblem, że dwulatek taki mądry, elokwentny i współpracujący, zupełnie nie jak dwulatek, powiedziała. Bombel zaś zachwycony był panią doktor oraz samą przychodnią - do tego stopnia, że po wizycie musiałam go dość usilnie namawiać, abyśmy opuścili ten przybytek.

The doctor was delighted with Bombel that the two-year-old was so smart, eloquent and cooperative, completely unlike a two-year-old, she said. Bombel was delighted with the doctor and the clinic itself - so much so that after the visit I had to strongly persuade him to leave the facility.
