[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2023

Jestem zmęczona. To drugi pod rząd weekend z pracą, i siadanie przed komputerem od razu wzbudza w moich plecach skowyt rozpaczy. Praca biurowa też boli. Oj, jak w końcu wezmę wolne, spędzę dzień na 4-godzinnej sesji jogi!

I'm tired. This is my second weekend in a row with work, and sitting down in front of the computer immediately sends a yelp of despair down my spine. Office work hurts too. Oh, when I finally get some time off, I'll spend the day doing a 4-hour yoga session!
