[PL / ENG] 🏊 My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2023

Byliśmy na basenie, a po basenie na zakupach, i od tej pory chyba mnie już syn nie puści do Biedry, bo w Aldi wspaniałe wózeczki mają.

We were at the swimming pool, and after the swimming pool we went shopping, and from now on, my son probably won't let me go to Biedra, because Aldi has great shopping carts.

Jeśli chodzi o samo pływanie, to pływało mi się znakomicie, brakowało mi bardzo ruchu po tygodniu spędzonym na intensywnej pracy za biurkiem. Nie da się ukryć, w pewnym wieku brak ruchu daje się naprawdę dotkliwie odczuć.
Oczywiście znowu każdy dystans na plecach Garmin wyniośle potraktował jako dwa i potem musiałam korygować liczbę długości.
Poprawa SWOLF względem poprzednich sesji pływania jest wyraźna, ale na to wpływ miało rzecz jasna to, że tym razem byłam w stroju sportowym i z okularkami ;)

When it comes to swimming itself, I was swimming great, I missed a lot of exercise after a week spent on intensive work behind a desk. There's no denying that at a certain age, the lack of movement can be really painful.
Of course, again, each distance on the back was treated by Garmin haughtily as two and then I had to correct the number of lengths.
The improvement of SWOLF compared to previous swimming sessions is clear, but it was of course influenced by the fact that this time I was in a sports outfit and with swimming glasses ;)
