Wczoraj byłam na spacerze, w tym w przychodni i w żłobku po odbiór zdjęcie wiosennego, zdegustowanego Bombla, byliśmy też z Bomblem u Babci, aby Mama ogarnęłam parę swoich spraw, a wieczorem, panie i panowie, poszłam pobiegać! Raptem 20 minut, i tempo wolniutkie, ale tak sobie doszłam do wniosku, że lepiej zrobić cokolwiek, niż nie zrobić nic, zwłaszcza po zjedzeniu ogromnego czekoladowego pączka u Babci.

Yesterday I went for a walk, including going to the clinic and nursery to pick up a photo of the spring, disgusted Bombel, we were also with Bombel at Grandma's, so that Mom would take care of some things, and in the evening, ladies and gentlemen, I went for a run! Only 20 minutes, and the pace is very slow, but I came to the conclusion that it's better to do something than to do nothing, especially after eating a huge chocolate donut at Grandma's.

Wieczorne bieganie wzbudziło u mnie temat do rozważenia: jak to z tym posiłkiem po treningu? Ja zwykle kolacji nie jadam, z tego też względu wolę trenować o wcześniejszej porze. No, ale trening siłowy to rzecz jasna i oczywista, po treningu należy nakarmić mięśnie. Ale cardio?
Otóż internet jest bardzo zdecydowany w tej kwestii, należy bezwzględnie jeść, nawet po cardio robionym w celu spalania tkanki tłuszczowej. Nie chcemy przecież spalać mięśni, tylko tłuszczyk. Tak więc wczoraj wjechała delikatna kolacja (jajko upieczone na miękko w airfryer podczas prysznica i kromka żytniego razowego z oliwą i ogórkiem), a potem długo nie mogłam zasnąć, rozbudzona i zmęczona jednocześnie bieganiem i z niespotykanym dla mnie o tej porze pełnym brzuchem ;)

The evening run gave me something to ponder: what about that post-workout meal? I usually don't eat late dinner, so I prefer to train earlier during the day. Well, but strength training is of course and obvious, after training you need to feed your muscles. But cardio?
Well, the internet is very decisive in this matter, you should absolutely eat, even after cardio done to burn fat. We don't want to burn muscle, just fat. So yesterday a delicate dinner arrived (a soft-boiled egg in the airfryer during the shower and a slice of wholemeal rye with olive oil and cucumber), and then I couldn't fall asleep for a long time, awake and tired at the same time from running and with an unusually full belly for me at this time ;)

Zdecydowanie jeść! Ja biegam wieczorem (godzina 7-8), bo rano nie lubię i chyba bym padła do rana gdym nie jadła po :D
Może lepiej gdybyś wcześniej biegała (w miarę możliwości), to nie będziesz chodziła spać w pełnym brzuchem.

Taaaak, ja zawsze wolałam trenować wcześniej, ale niestety, teraz są pewne ograniczenia. Mianowicie Stary musi wrócić z roboty i przejąć Bombla 😅
