Today i have a different event than yesterday, today i cannot jogging as usual due the event of my son's graduation party. So besides jogging i am cativate my actifit app and doing as natural as possible and today i got around 5k+ movement.thats pretty awesome
But as you know graduation party is likely eat as much as you can it is a feast..lol so i think today i am surplus calories. But it is okay i can repay on the next day to give more active.

Please stop using the #larryisalive tag in your actifit posts, if you are not doing the Larry Is Alive contest there is no need to use the tag. Many of the tags you are using have no relevance to your post but I will only speak of the Larry tag. The objective isn't to spam as many tags as you can, but to use relevant tags to the content in your post.
