When you have gov't backing, you can put the price wherever you want it.
I'd give it as good a chance as xrp of making money, if you sell before it goes to zero.

Yeah I know what you mean, it's musical STEEM chairs until the music finally shuts off for good.
As for PAY, if only we could get PayPal to adopt it. More use cases are what PAY needs, some kind of niche like NFTs, defi, or gaming to set it apart form the hefty hive-engine herd.
