Survival Through Strategy and Adaptability

Just watched the Netflix show Squid Game and man there is a lot of mindgames through the entire show with ups and dows.
Got me thinking that this show can be applied to Inleo's entire journey and existens.
The project aimed to bring decentralized financial education to the world and deployed numbers of new innovations along the way, but never shyed away from changing course if they felt like the path they took now where not gonna lead them to glory and growth.

Growth has always been the goal, which is hard in a small pond like Hive, where people and project tend to fight each other instead of collaborating. Afraid to loose what they have and see anything new as a threat to status qou.
The problem with this small mindset is that wont lead to anywhere except to a slow death. New innovations and technology always wins, no matter how much the small minded monkey brains try to fight back. Those who win, are the one's who embrace the new technologies and evolve with it instead of fighting it. Might not been the future they has set out for, but it’s way better than slowly diying.

So what am I saying in this post? Well I think that it's a strength, not a weakness, for a team to change strategy and route for a project. Its a strength, not a weakness, not to do what everyone else does because "this is how we do stuff" here.
These qualities are what I look for in a team and in a leader. And I hope that I don't read it wrong when I say I see it the LEO team.
United we win, divided we fall.

Ad victoriam! Pugna, vince, regna!
(To victory! Fight, conquer, reign!)
