There is absolutely so much to like about Texas A&M's defensive tackle DeMarvin Leal. He has good tape, and a solid amount of game experience AND he doesn't turn twenty-two years old until July.

DeMarvin is massive and powerful, while being surprisingly well balanced as a defensive lineman. He's listed as both a tackle and an end, so that just speaks to his versatility and potential in my opinion.

DeMarvin just looks like a big, heavy, strong man on the field with a surprisingly fair amount of nimbleness and awareness to compliment those first three traits. These main traits of Leal's combine to create a really slick play style. DeMarvin seems to almost glide across the line of scrimmage. He is not very fast, as a matter of fact sheer pure speed may be one of his few weaknesses at this point of his very young career. But as DeMarvin attacks offensive lineman he is quite shifty and quick.

Honestly though, one thing that sets apart DeMarvin and what makes his ceiling REALLY high, is his strength. A lot of football players are strong, but also, many players underestimate strength as everyone seems to like finesse and speed in today's game.

DeMarvin is not only looks strong, but he plays strong. He knows he is strong. You can tell by the way he rushes and plays in general. DeMarvin's lower body is insanely thick man. It is just obvious, you can't miss it. When he attacks o-lineman it's truly like he distracts them with his hands and just like sort of pushes forward with ease. He literally looks like he's just at practice pushing on those metal blocking bags. For o-lineman it's almost inevitable they get pushed backwards.

DeMarvin will likely be good with any organization that drafts him. But if he can find a spot that can improve his speed and upper body strength and just fine tune his skills, I think he has the potential to be great. I really like what this kid brings to the table.

Any team that needs defensive line help, should really consider DeMarvin Leal.

What do you think of DeMarvin, and what team needs him most?
