Yes, winter has been very strange this year @elizabethbit, Sis! I have been really down since October, but finally feeling somewhat better now like I got over a very very steep mountain. I am trying to have a very positive outlook more than ever. I know that can be very difficult at times. Yes, I agree that life can be extremely hard and not for anyone timid. I'm trying to think of nicer things/thoughts and be more grateful for what I have now. I am also working on showing kindness more often. Yes I will ask the sun to stay for us this weekend too Elizabeth! Take care and much love back to you too! !BBH !CTP

I hear ya sis! I too, am trying to be more positive and be more kind. I think I spend most of my time being my own worst enemy as I have that little nagging little voice that I try to ignore.

I understand, Sis. It's hard isn't it. We do the best we can though but I wasn't for a while. The negativity over powered me but I'm doing much better now. Yes ignore it put your foot down and tell yourself to be kinder to yourself. I had to do that one.
