Who hasn't ever driven around the country haphazardly?

Wer ist nicht schon einmal so richtig planlos durch die Gegend gefahren?

Actually, I had a plan for this morning, and I wanted to drive up a narrow mountain road in the Mölltal valley and photograph the sunrise in the snow-covered valley from there.

But behind me in the east I could see only dark gray clouds, so I drove past the junction without a plan B.

Eigentlich habe ich für heute Morgen und Vormittag einen Plan gehabt, und zwar wollte ich im Mölltal eine schmale Bergstraße hochfahren und von dort den Sonnenaufgang im verschneiten Tal fotografieren.

Aber im Osten hinter mir waren nur dunkle graue Wolken zu sehen gewesen, weshalb ich an der Abzweigung vorbeigefahren bin, ohne einen Plan B zu haben.

A little later I noticed a pink glow in the rearview mirror - there was a beautiful sunrise in progress - I was wrong because the gray clouds had changed color. Unfortunately there was no chance at all that I could take a picture and so I continued without a plan.

On the drive up Iselsberg mountain I found a nice place to take photos to the east, but the colors had faded again.

Wenig später habe ich dann einen pinkfarbenen Schein im Rückspiegel bemerkt - da war gerade ein wunderschöner Sonnenaufgang im Gange - ich hatte mich getäuscht, denn die grauen Wolken hatten sich umgefärbt. Leider bestand überhaupt keine Chance, dass ich ein Foto machen konnte und so ich bin ohne Plan weitergefahren.

Auf der Fahrt auf den Iselsberg habe ich dann einen schönen Platz zum Fotografieren nach Osten gefunden, aber da waren die Farben auch schon wieder verblasst gewesen.

Fortunately, on the East Tyrol side of the Iselsberg Pass, I was able to take these photos showing a little Alpenglow in the Gailtal Alps, because my lack of planning continued till home and I didn't take another photo after these.

Auf der Osttiroler Seite des Iselsberges konnte ich glücklicherweise diese Fotos mit ein bisschen Alpenglühen in den Gailtaler Alpen schießen, denn meine Planlosigkeit setzte sich bis nach Hause fort undich habe kein einziges weiteres Foto gemacht.

At least the weather was beautiful and I hope you also had a nice Sunday.

Wenigstens war das Wetter wunderschön und ich hoffe, ihr hattet auch einen schönen Sonntag.

Das Thema "Bergsteigen" hatten wir schon mal, glaube ich.
Obwohl ich es auch gerne bequem habe, bin ich trotzdem froh, dass nicht auf jeden Gipfel eine Seilbahn führt, denn auf gewissen Bergen gibt es im Sommer mehr Menschen als anderes Getier 😉

Ich wünsche natürlich auch einen schönen guten Morgen 🙂

Das ist beim Tauchen ähnlich.

Ist gut, dass es nicht jeder will und mag, denn an manchen Tauchgebieten siehst Du mehr Menschen unter Wasser als Fische :)

Bescheiden? Nicht wirklich - ich hatte ziemlich viel zu tun, aber ich habe dann trotzdem früher Schluss gemacht.
Zum Rausgehen bin ich heute zu faul - es ist warm draußen und zwischendurch war sogar die Sonne zu sehen gewesen.
Ich habe noch nicht alle Fotos vom letzten Wochenende durchgeschaut. Vielleicht finde ich was für heute Abend ;)

Well, in this case, some haphazard driving lead to such wonderful shots of the majestic Mountains

Sometimes unplanned excursions can end up a lot better than planned ones no matter how !DERANGED that sounds

Vielen lieben Dank @emeliya - geplant gewesen war was viel Besseres, aber das hat nicht sein sollen - nächstes Mal weiß ich's besser, und dann werden die grauen Wolken sicherlich nicht verschwinden ;)

all of the pics look pretty much the same for me. and -- reminded me the spine (the back) of some giant !DERANGED dynosaur laying on his belly! probably, he have had too much !BEER to continue walking?..
