Very interesting comment by a High Ranking Police Officer in NYC

The local police departments serve their local communities and both the authorities and civilians have a mutual desire for peace and order. Local police officers are willing to hear grievances from their community and address them, reasoning through the high emotions of the citizens within their jurisdiction and will often support just causes.

But local police departments, who support local communities, cannot allow chaos from outside their borders to hijack a protest, thus delegitimizing the message of the protest.

"Get those groups outta here, from California, from all over this country, who are being PAID to take this movement, which is a good movement, and turn it into VIOLENCE against the men and women who LOVE this community. Get them outta here, throw them out of your protest, protest peacefully. Why would anyone break into a store in your neighborhood, places that employ people in this neighborhood? No reason for it. It HAS to end."

Once unknown persons come in from out of town with the purpose of smashing windows, looting stores and burning buildings, it's a different game entirely. Violent activists come into cities and "do the deed" as many times as they can get away with, then get out of town without anyone knowing their name. And if they end up in jail, some elite celebrity will bail them out.

We have a duty, sworn before the Most High God, to protect our family from any threat - whether it's from a government agency, police department, or rioters and looters.

We are not anti-authoritarian, as many people on the blockchain are, we are not anarchists - but we share in the anarchist's frustration with CORRUPTION and misuse of power. We are anti-collectivist, capitalist, and pro-freedom.

We're against LAWLESS LAWS, but we follow and endorse righteous laws that maintain a JUST ORDER. We will gladly nullify dictatorial injunctions and frivolous mandates and without shame teach our children to do the same. We teach our children OBEDIENCE to righteousness and RESPECT to JUST authority and it's our job as parents to BE that righteous and just authority in their lives. We are not raising rebellious children.

We teach our children that rejecting tyranny is a form of righteousness: that there are times when they MAY NOT BOW before the statue. They must NOT light a candle for Caesar as "god". The must not stop praying three times a day, even if it means being thrown to the lion's pit. They must not wear a mask, just because everyone else is doing it. They may not worship the image of the beast and accept his mark. They shall live by their faith.

WE ARE NOT FOR ORDER SIMPLY FOR ORDER'S SAKE. Sacrificing freedom for "safety" and "security" is not a worthwhile trade and it will NOT further the goal of protecting the family. A permanent "police state" or Martial Law is not in our family's best interest - even if it's done to "keep us safe". If we find ourselves in this military situation, we will do our best to continue protecting our family unit from ANY threat.

We understand the occasional need for temporary chaos overturn injustice in extreme cases and we are willing to endure by the grace of God to bring about a more JUST society for the sake of our children and grandchildren.

HOWEVER:

We fully believe that the pockets of chaos we're seeing now are UNJUST, contrived to bring forth an UNRIGHTEOUS ORDER straight from the pit of HELL and WE WILL NOT CONSENT for the protection of our family.

We understand that true JUSTICE will not happen until the day the Son of David takes up His throne of righteousness
