Inflation and outrageous gas prices ($5.50 a gallon for regular gas in Washington), can’t deter Liz’s Spring gardening!😍
Silvertop is putting down a new subfloor in the Mrs laundry room, and I needed one more sheet of 3/4 inch plywood!😇
Today became a lumber/ plant/ coffee date day!☺️
“Silvertop…. do you really need to push that cart through the garden center, it makes such a racket Lol!”🥰
“Liz, this “IS” Home Depot Lol!”😇
The Mrs started to add plants onto the empty “Lumber cart”…………..😊
Silvertop had previously suggested a secluded location for the four Aspen trees that she picked up a few weeks back at the plant sale.
Now it is turning into a small flower garden oasis in the back yard!☺️
Silvertop is always checking out the price of 7/16 OSB 4X8 sheets every trip we make to Home Depot.
The price will immediately tell you how the economy is doing……..😇
“$9.71 a sheet honey, that’s cheep, I remember when it was almost $50.00 a sheet!”🙄
You would think that with oil prices up (not counting this last week), and Spring home building starting up, alone with inflation, that OSB would be up in price!🤔
It normally goes like this every year………..
Spring…… OSB prices ramp up fast and hard!🙄
Then in the late Fall, prices start dropping back to close to where they started the previous Winter!
I asked GROK……. who else😇…………….
why are these prices down?

Good to know, I have been using AI everyday, it has become a powerful source of information!💪
In fact I just read that Michael Sailor of strategy, used AI to craft the latest stock offering of “STRC” a variable rate series A perpetual stretch preferred stock😇
For now, Saylor believes, this will be classified as a “return of capital”, tax deferred stock paying 11.5% “adjustable” for probably the next 10 years!😊
