These Yurts are awesome my friends!😊
My neighbor Mike, and his wife Joan, erected this on their property. This was intended for their son and his wife back in 2021!😅
It had survived single digit temperatures, wind, rain, and snow storms!🥶
Sadly, their son and his wife are no longer together, so this Yurt sits empty!😮
It’s still like new on the inside, and even comes complete with a mini-split heat pump, for heating, and summer cooling!😎
“A Storm is coming Silvertop, if you still want to go to Costco, I’ll treat us to a Starbucks first!”🥰
“”Guys…. how do you pass up on a day with the Mrs like this Lol!😍
The closer we drove towards town, the more ominous the sky looked!😳
As we walked into Costco we were being peppered with a light rain!😅
While Liz shopped for day to day necessities, Silvertop went “Sample” shopping!”😇
“Honey, Costco should be ashamed of themselves! The only samples they have today are liquid protein drinks, and some organic orange cheese puffs…….
Silvertop is going to starve to death!”😇
They did have Silver and Gold bars back in stock!
Limit 10 Silver ten ounce bars, and 5 one ounce Gold bars……..
Non-returnable, of course!☺️
Apparently no one is interested in Precious Metals now that the prices have dropped!😮
Hmmm……. sounds just like Bitcoin my friends……….😇

I told Liz to sit in the car, as I loaded everything up!🌧️
The downpour continued all the way to the foothills of Sumas Mountain, and then like Moses and the story of the Red Sea……………. It Stopped!😳

Costco selling Yurts?
I'd pick up at least 10 oz. of silver if I had the chance. The premium looks cheap compared to the Canadian Costco. I haven't gone Costco shopping there for over a year.
Sad thing is precious metals were tax free up until January 1 this year now it’s roughly 10% tax on top of silver price!😳
Another Tax on what's soon to be wealth. Does Washington state charge a tax on Yurts too? 🤔

Now all we need is "unrealized capital gains tax" so they can take more money before we even spend it!😳
It's really sad about the 10% tax on precious metals, they repealed that many years ago....... and now the current state administration put the tax back!!!

Yep, I used to shop at Costco a lot, so I remember! The closest one is on the other side of the Island, about 108 miles away, in Kona. On this side of the Island, we have Cost-U-Less, which is apparently owned by Costco, because they have many of the same items. It's great for certain things! 😁🙏💚✨🤙
That's interesting about the Cost-U-Less... I'll have to look around and see if we have any of these stores in the northwest!😇😀
What's also interesting about Cost-U-Less is that it doesn't have a membership, it's basically just like a regular supermarket, even though the inside looks like a mini version of Costco. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
I wonder if this is a test market to try to capture more buyers that do not want to sign up for a membership at Costco?
Up here Amazon has a grocery stores called Whole Foods probably the same idea, capturing another section of the market!😇😀
