Spot on Target!😊
The old saying goes……..
“ March comes in like a Lion, and goes out like Lamb! “☺️
The Sun is back, and the weekend is forecast in the 70 degrees Fahrenheit!😎
Nice!!!!!!!!
I guess we are going out like a Lamb this week Lol!🤗
The forest is “buzzing” with activity, from my neighbor Adam’s bees, to the almost spontaneous growth of the “Skunk weed” plants you can see in the third photo!😊
Skunk weed plants are like Punxsutawney Phil, the Groundhog that forecast If Spring will be early or late each year!😇
These wetland plants actually produce heat as they push their way upward, sometimes even through frozen snow covered land!😮
They are one of the very first plants of Spring!
Everyone in the neighborhood is always excited to hear that the Skunk weeds are blooming!🤗
Later on in the spring, these plants can stand three feet tall with large leaves, and that’s the time they start to become very aromatic!😳
These plants definitely live up to their name Lol!🙄
Hiking past a wetland full of these plants, will have you looking twice to make sure a Skunk isn’t hiking with you Lol!😇
Before today’s hike, work continued on my garden equipment shed extension.😅
I am hoping to pour the concrete tomorrow!🤗
