My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2023

Throbbing pain woke me up at 4am this morning. I wanted to get back to sleep but I had a plan to go out, so I just got up, got ready, had a bit of breakfast and off I went to join my friends in the walk. It was great!

When I got back I had to do some online tasks, prepared lessons, worked, zumba dancing, etc, etc. Hoping that with movement, this pain will go away. Hoping to have a good rest tonight as well.
