My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was back to the work week routine, with plenty of meetings and not as much time as I wanted for fitness. Of course, we still managed to find time for a long walk with Kaia. Unfortunately when I wanted to go, it was heavy rain and thunder. I really need to clean the gutters by the way.

But as it happened several times recently, it didn't last long and we could start our walk and arrive at a good viewpoint just before the sunset.

But in literally a matter of seconds the sun just disappeared behind the clouds.

Just gone!

And that was weird because the sky was so blue just next to it.

It was our cue to rush to the forest before it got too dark. As often we met our deer friends (sorry about the dad joke, I just like this pun...) on the way.

After the rain, we could almost see the heat coming out the road.

At least it was a bit cooler in the forest.

Kaia could finally run off-leash and really stretch her legs.

We stayed until it got fully dark and eventually headed back home.

Then once again I went to bed way too late, but I am working on getting better with that.
