My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was kind of a weird day. After a very short sleep again, and a morning meeting, I had some errands to run. And a dentist appointment. They asked me several times if they should do 'all 3 teeth'. I wasn't sure why, but I understood later when my whole face was numb for many hours! That was the excuse I needed to take a nap in the afternoon! When I finally got up, we played for a while with Le Chat first.
And since it was getting dark already, we quickly went for a walk to the forest with Kaia.
Kaia had been patient all day, so she needed the exercise.
Tough to hunt for mushrooms in the dark, but there are so many, we found a few.
And that was it. Definitely not my most active day, but I really needed the sleep I guess, especially with that numbing product.
