WOO - Need To Get Land

When I first came across the Wrestling Organization Online game, I thought it was a player vs. player in the ring match - something like the minigames. So it came as a very pleasant surprise when I learned it was taking a direction of a building strategy game with land and venues that can be upgraded.

I have been accumulating $WOO tokens for a while now with various methods that include staking, delegating to @wrestorgonline, and making buys here and there. I'm also holding a Reward pack that earns me some daily $WOO.

Some time ago @wrestorgonline published this post, a very thorough guide to the upcoming land integration and what it is all about. What makes me the most excited about this is the building and improving side of it.

I really like games with lots of "moving parts", the more there is to do and to adjust - the better. The best thing is when these activities are balanced with the time spent. What I mean is you can spend a lot of time with the game and there are many things to do but that might not be necessary within a certain time frame and perhaps you can just log in once a day.

So Many Things To Do

I've always been a sucker for these kinds of games and I have a good feeling WOO is going to turn out to be like that.

And yes, seems like there is gonna be a lot of stuff we can do with land(or cities). First of all, there is a star system which I assume is similar to rarity levels on some other games. The 3-star rating determines the benefits of the fanbase, wealth, and population of the city NFT.

The goal is to attract people to shows held in your city and therefore gain revenue. To increase revenue, players can upgrade organizations, venues, and tv- and radio stations for example. You can even upgrade bathrooms and parking spaces!

The population of your city consists of people and fans. While people will be attending shows as well, it's those die-hard fans you really like to attend since they are spending more of their wealth and creating more revenue for you.

With all upgrading possibilities, and variables and using NFTs such as Staff and Lore, I'm sure there is going to be a variety of strategies we can come up with to make the most out of our city.

Conclusion

I have been kinda standing on the sidelines quietly staking $WOO with my modest goals but as more details of the land are dropped, the more excited I'm getting about the actual gameplay. Even though I didn't qualify for the WL sale starting February 14th, I'm definitely going to get my hands on a piece of land or two.

Since $WOO tokens are used to upgrade the city I'm pretty glad I have been stacking up patiently. Also, I believe we are going to see the $WOO price increase when the game is launched and there are going to be use cases such as upgrading cities, venues, and organizations.

So, I'm feeling very bullish about the whole #WOOgame package and since I have missed so many land sale opportunities with other blockchain games, there's no way in hell I'm gonna miss this one.
