Review: “The Divine Fury”
I don't know why I choose to watch this movie even when I knew it was a horror movie but for some reason, I enjoyed the movie and even when to the extent of recommending it to a few of my friends who I know aren't movie guru, I am sure once they start watching the movie they will not stop until they watch the end of the movie.
I am sure this is my first time posting a horror movie in this community, I just couldn't help this time but share with you guys this movie called "The Divine Fury". I guess the name got me thinking about what the movie would be about. We know Divine is something extraordinary and Fury can be termed anger, rage, and so, because of the name, I decided to give the movie a try, and to say I was intrigued was an understatement.
The divine fury is a South Korean action horror movie but is also a Christian-based movie, directed by Kim Joo-Hwan and released on 31, July 2019. The main actors are Yong-hoo (Park Seo-Joon), Ahn Sung-Ki (Priest An), Woo Do-Hwan (Ji-Shin).

The movie is about a young boy who began to hate the Almighty God, everything, and everyone that reverence God after the death of his parents. He believed God was a liar and does not exist so he did not reverence Him because on the day his father was laid on the hospital bed, he rushed to the church to pray to God to save his father and the priest assured him all going to alright, but that night his father gave up the ghost.
He became a martial arts champion and a successful MMA fighter at that, his anger gets the best of him most especially if his opponents have the sign of the cross drawn on him.

That day during one of his fights, he almost killed his opponent because he had the cross sign drawn at his back, and that night, he had a dream which later generated a physical wound on his palm, the wound refused to heal even when he went to best doctors instead it began to form a cross sign in his palm and his sleep was always deprived by an unknown force.
After looking for ways to get his wound cure, he was directed by his driver to a blind girl who is a seer, he was then directed to Priest An (Ahn Sung-ki).
On the night he decided to meet the priest, he could not gain access into the church as some birds began to gather around him that he had to run back into his car and drove away but he wouldn't give up and went to the church the next day where he met the priest trying to drive out a demon from a possessed man but the demon set himself free and attacked the priest and his attendant Yong-hoo out of anger picked up the possessed man and threw him across the room. The demon-possessed man was immediately freed and laid still.
The priest was surprised to see that and when the priest asked him what he used, he told the priest he used his hand showing the priest his palm. The priest understood the mystery behind the wound on his hand and decided to follow him to his house.

The priest went to his house, did a cleansing, and dropped a cross necklace close to his bed without letting Yong-hoo know about it. That night Yong-hoo slept peacefully without any disturbance but in the morning, while he was doing his chores, he saw the necklace and decided to return it to the priest.
When he got there, he was told the priest went home, so he drove down to his house and gave back the necklace not after warning the priest that he doesn't want to see him or see anything that has to do with God.
He met the priest going out and decided to drop him off, there the priest asked him why he hates God so much. He told the priest what had happened to his father and how God had refused to answer his prayer.
The priest tried talking to him about God's will for his life and how he needs to start fighting because the demons are possessing a lot of people and people need him to save them from this demon that is destroying the peace of everyone.
After a lot of talks from the priest, Yong Hoo decided to fight this demon but that was when the priest was infected and had little time to survive. He went to their abode and fought them using the olive oil and the cross.

He won the fight with the underworld and came out happy because the priest survived.

Alot don't know that God do hear our prayers whenever we pray to him or ask him for protection, but he asked the reason of not answering the prayer or not allow the prayer to come to manifestation.
Is not Only him that do fight God or get angry whenever we want something from God and God did not do it for us instantly, alot people do that too.
And they forgot that God have reason for everything he does, the reason why some people do not go to church to worship God again is because they have ask God for one thing or other.
And God have not answered them, do they God is wicked or he did not have power to give them, but they don't know the reason why that thing is being delay.
God is overseer of everything, sometimes he delay our request because he knows if he give it to us, we might miss use it or it will harm us that particular time.
So that is why put think God is wicked, and see humans being if he give us that time we request for it and it harm us, we will still blame him for allowing that.
So that is the incident that happened in that movie, God wants to use him but because God do not save his father from death and because the priest have asure him that his father will make and it did not.
That have make God a bad creator, he as forget that is not all our request God will answer because he knows the future.
Well we can see that here too that because God did not save them from one problem or the other, they because of that hate pastor.
They start persecuting the believe, until God show is mightness to them, but he later know that God is powerful and some do play with cross not knowing is a powerful symbol of Christ.
Although thing we think they are not working for us, how are do we true believe in them, the bible, pray and use the cross.
Is not by saying but by true in God, some people only when they in problem we see them praying to God and after God have done it, they move away from him.
Some Even believe is their right, God should always do what they say and want, thought he promise to be there for us in time of problem.
But when we are far away from him and move out from is ways or nelget him and choose your way, that is it we can not be blaming God all the time.
We should always check our life and recheck and recheck all the time.
Great this is a very interesting story and this really shows that God is a wonderful God and a work in mysterious way when God work you can never compare his work with any other person and he knows what he's doing for everything that happened in life to a man there's a reason for it that is why most of the time in every situation in every stage you need to appreciate god God is so faithful and so great to us
Now going over the story the story was so great and so interesting and in fact have learn a lot from it I can't see that in the first place what happened to this young man for him to lose his father is God divine preparation just to show him some greater things and they work in his to do we never know what God has prepared you are and how to do until we get to that stage as it is normally said that he sees the end from the beginning God already knows what this young man will become since the very first day you was born
However I learnt from this world that there is nobody that God cannot use God can use a mad man or any other person just to give you a way out God can even decided to raise non-living things to serve as a symbol of the instrument of God
I know that most of the time when we expect something and it doesn't work it look very embarrassing I'm very disappointed but who are we to blame God he knows what he's doing and he do what he likes on this strong god is so faithful and he love us a lot I was like when I was reading through the page that he is beating people up that have crosses on their body just because a loose his father
Evil people are really attacking the Children of God but God is always too good to his people and is really to go on any length to protect us so there's no cause for alarm as we are protected and guided god is always a wonderful God
