How much things has Changed

While I was reading through today's contest topic and was thinking of an entry to make, I suddenly found my focus suddenly shifting from the topic to myself.

I've never really thought about it this way but lately, my life had changed from the guy who used to avoid anything that stresses him out, to the guy looking for something, anything at all to physically stress him out so that I could sweat and hopefully lose some weight in the process.

About a month back, I talked about how I was seriously trying to lose weight and the few things I was doing to make sure it was a success. Unfortunately, what they don't tell you about things like this is how expensive it is to eat healthy, especially when the cheapest food you can find around here is rice.

I tried for about two or three weeks to have a healthy diet, making sure to eat as many fruits as I could and also reduce foods like rice, spaghetti, noodles, and the likes. And it was a diet I was ready to keep up with, but unfortunately it turned out I was running faster than my wallet, and it didn't take long for me to notice that.

So now that I've realized that I can't really finance the kind of food I want to eat to remain healthy and lose some of this fat, I've decided to exercise more, and that includes doing some tasks around the house that would stress me out.

Has it been working? I will be lying to you if I say that I've noticed any difference since I started, but I know these things take time and what matters the most is consistency. Hopefully I'm able to keep this up, while occasionally eating some fruits too, and then we see how it all goes from there.

I also try to take long walks too, just that I don't do that a lot due to how hot the sun here can be. But what do we expect, it is after all somewhere in Africa.

Brother if you keep it up you won't need to see the changes, people around you will definitely notice and they themselves will compliment you about it. Consistency is key please continue with this routine until it becomes a lifestyle... God bless

This is true. Back when I could afford a good diet and all that, I was getting compliments and even I too could feel the difference.

As long as you are determined, you can do better. I believe you can arrange the finance that you need for it. And in case of change, it takes time..

Boss, I have a solution for you,
This has worked for me, not only to burn fat but to look super Fit.
The Solution is Callisthenics. Trust me you don't need to go to gym or buy any gym equipment, just use your body as the weapon and tool.
Try press up, sit ups, crunches, planks and many others, just do some combo, in the morning and night 5 times a week,
You will notice a change in 1 month💯
