Jorge Jesus renews another year with Flamengo
Finally, the soap opera involving Flamengo and coach Jorge Jesus ended with a happy ending for the Rubronegra Nation. Mister accepted the terms and renewed his contract until June 2021. With that we will have more expectations for the team in search of more titles. Through his social networks, Mister announced well before the Club's official announcement. For months the two parties tried to reach an agreement, because Europe is still the place where JJ wants to aim for expressive titles.
But he is very satisfied with Flamengo and previously, Mister already said that he wanted to receive 50% more than he currently earns, but Flamengo managed to convince him to have an increase of only 10% of his salary, remembering that this is one of higher salaries paid to a technician in Brazil and is around € 4 million per year. This will be the amount that the Portuguese coach will receive with a one-year contract.

Mas ele está muito satisfeito com o Flamengo e anteriormente, Mister já dizia que queria receber 50% a mais do que ganha atualmente mas o Flamengo conseguiu convencê-lo de ter um aumento de apenas 10% do seu salário, lembrando que este é um dos maiores salários pagos para um técnico no Brasil e gira em torno de € 4 milhões por ano. Esse será o valor que o técnico português receberá com um ano de contrato.
Uma cláusula consta no contrato caso uma das equipes de futebol da Europa que foi o próprio Mister que listou os 5 clubes, caso algum quiser contratar seus serviços poderá ir antes do término do sei vínculo com o Flamengo.
O Mister ajudou o Flamengo a conquistar a Libertadores e o campeonato brasileiro, feitos que há anos o Flamengo não havia mais conquistado. JJ tem uma campanha incrível com o clube carioca que até o último jogo antes de ser interrompido pela pandemia já possuía mais títulos do que derrota. São 5 títulos conquistados e somente 3 derrotas até hoje.
