Simple, Basic, Natural and Effective Remedies for ...

avatar
(Edited)

Well, I'm not going to make a big deal about it, I could have done it a few days ago, when I was at the peak of feverish symptoms mostly, apparently in synchronicity with @tarazkp.

By the way, are you feeling better ?

However, it was still quite rough, at least at the beginning... To tell you the truth, it was my grandmother who transmitted the disease to me, she is vaccinated, I am not and to say that I should have done it to protect her, another proof of the inefficiency of these "therapies". Yes, remember, it was supposed to prevent transmission and about a month ago, the vice-president of a big pharmaceutical company - which I don't need to name - admitted that no studies had been conducted in this sense.

But let's not make things worse... I'm not questioning the existence of the disease, perhaps only that many things have been labelled in its place. I don't question its danger for people at risk, but a flu or a cavity that is not properly treated can be just as fatal.

No, rather than (re)launching a debate on the shreds of effectiveness that might remain from these ultimate remedies, which one wonders why they were intended to be inoculated into everyone, by force, persuasion, harping or deception, I wanted to present to you in all good faith, what worked for me and was enough to get me back on my feet.

Am I a doctor ?

No.

Have I been to a doctor ?

No.

Am I a human being capable of reflection, learning, deduction and discernment ?

Yes... and frankly, that should be enough !

Above, you have zinc ampoules in liquid form. This trace element is there to stimulate the immune system. And it has done its job well. Two ampoules a day, between meals.

IMG_9584.JPG

Again, a good immune system booster, vitamin C in the form of acerola tablets, a red berry visually very similar to the cherry that grows in the West Indies. Two a day, together with zinc.

IMG_9590.JPG

Vitamin D, which, like the previous ones, ensures a normal functioning of the immune system. It strengthens the bones by helping to assimilate calcium and phosphorus, so it is recommended for young people in full growth... and the not so young ;) No more than 5 drops per day diluted in a little water.

IMG_9587.JPG

We finish with Ravinsara essential oil extracted from the Camphor tree of Madagascar (Cinnamomum camphora). This oil is powerfully antiviral, especially for the respiratory system, stimulates immunity and the cardio-respiratory system, and is expectorant. Particularly recommended for colds and respiratory ailments.

I use it in two ways, massaging the wrists and the bottom of the feet, and/or one or two drops in a spoonful of honey, preferably in the morning.

Finally, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, breathe as deeply and slowly as possible. But remember, I am not a doctor, so do your research. Your body is an amazing system designed to defend itself, but just as your mind can declare itself the loser before it has even fought the battle, you can help your body's barriers... not the barriers of others.

A few people in my family have asked me : But you don't regret going to see Grandma ?

Not at all !

I hope this article has been informative and interesting to some of you, but let me ask you a question :

If you had this disease, what were you prescribed or what did you decide to take to treat yourself ?

Thank you for reading and for any responses, testimonies and feedback you may have.

Take care of yourself <3

By the way, are you feeling better ?

I occasionally take C, D, and zinc. Natural oil is always good for health but I never used them.
Great to come across your post.

I'm not a doctor either, but if we take a look at pharmaceutical products we will notice that the vast majority of them are just painkillers, doing nothing else than killing your nerves and brain... On the other side, we have plenty of herbs out in nature that can help us build our immune system and prevent a lot of diseases... It's time to go back to nature!

I have picked this post on behalf of the @OurPick project which will be highlighted in the next post!

Yes, I am deeply convinced, I admit that I was sparing some people's reactions haha ...!

But as soon as you immerse yourself, even a little, in plants, used pure, in oil, in massage or in herbal teas, you normally understand well the curative potential so important and the few risks compared to classical medicines. In addition, these only take plant molecules, the active principle, but this one works with everything else, which always results in things that are barely effective, especially in the long term...

Thanks for your visit and also for your support, I wish you a very nice weekend ✌️

I’m pretty good, thank you, even here it’s already cold, whereas I imagine that in Norway it must be intense.. Yes, the lack of sun in winter is really the hardest ! I send you a lot of courage !!

For the camphor, I will go to an Indian store that offers quality products, I hope they will have some :)

Take good care dear @hindavi 🍀
