On my running schedule is "Sunday Challenge", which is an initiative of www.lauf-weiter.de, a very large running community in Germany.
Every Sunday you can take part in a virtual run of your choice for free: 5km, 7.5km or 10km. Walkers are also welcome.
Today I ran 14791 steps which are equal to approximately 11.5 KM. So, I complete more than 10KM challenge.
Today I get up early morning and say my fajer prayer 🤲 then go for a morning walk.
Take some rest after morning walk and do breakfast.
Check my emails and crypto news. Today is not good for crypto especially for Hive. Now the rate of Hive decrease to $0.8223. I want to share some crypto updates here.
