$7 WEEKLY EARNINGS ~ Does It Worth The Struggle?

When talking about rewards, something must always be sacrificed or put up for for the rewards to come.
You don't just wake up one day and realize that you have wealth attached to your name as the case may be.

For every wealthy person out there, he or she risked something to get to that stage they are. And a good factor or key factor of becoming wealthy is Time put into whatever thing you are doing to accumulate wealth either for the present or for the future.

Time they say is money, and one wasn't missing words when they said that time is actually money. So if one is sacrificing his or her time on whatever he or she does, does $7 weekly earnings worth it? Does it worth the person's time, resources, and most time even energy?

You know some people are in die need of $7 daily to foot their bills or even secure them a meal for the family.
While others need it every week for similar or different budgets and expenditures.

$7 Weekly? Does It Worth?

If my knowledge of numbers didn't fail me, that is basically $1 daily. And if I am to set an example using my country, $1 is approximately N380 and $7 will be N2660. Now be the judge, assuming you are from Nigeria, how long do you think $7 or N2660 will last?

It can likely secure you an average pot of soup or another delicacy, if it's a pot of soup then it's much better since it gonna last for about three to four days if well managed but if not then you know you will finish a full pot of soup in two days especially if the family is a huge one.

Without missing words, I don't think $7 can do a lot regardless of which country you are though I don't really know how all the country's economy is but for the average number I know, $7 weekly doesn't really worth it.

Some works are not lucrative enough but sadly many are ignorant about this. They rather sacrifice all the time they have to engage in works and hard labor only for them to be paid in pennies or crumbs at the end of the day.

But I believe if one can spend good hours on hive daily, they can do so much more and their time sacrificed will always be rewarded and it would worth so much more than $7 weekly for a stressful and hard labor work.

$ 7 semanales?

Whew. That's $3.50 per language..

Before you criticize ask yourself how long you've been on Facebook and how much they've paid you

Where is the criticism in this?
Anyway, that's the funny part, I am not on Facebook. I don't have such time to waste.
I was basically talking about hard labor and work that pays in crumbs.
I rather prefer to be in my house and in the comfort of my bed earning that amount than do any hard labor.
I hope you get my point now? :)

Exactly, you are right. I have made up to 40 HBD in a week before which is like almost half of my total weekly earnings when brining curation and Hive power rewards into it..

I don't work hard labour and I earn more than a average banker in Nigeria when coming to a monthly earning.

Yeah, you understood this post better.
Hive will always remain the best so far.
Sadly, people undergo those hard labor work in our country and go back home with crumbs.

Is 7$ only from writing or also curation? Maybe dividends? :P

Lol, seems you guys don't get this post :)
The $7 is for typical hard labor work here in my country not about hive earnings here

$7 a week wouldn't do much for any house. However, it is my theory that if one wants more then he should offer more value.

Time is valuable, but to who? That's the question. Who values your time or input. That determines what you earn.

It wouldn't like I thought as well.
But there are situations that most people want more but they still engage their time in some work that will still pay them little or less.

Now imagine what it is like here in Venezuela. The salary of public employees such as teachers, college teachers, secretaries, janitors, some doctors, and more is just 1.5$ a month and a "good" salary is 30$ a month to 7$ a week is "good" here.

And I say it that way because is a lie, you can eat, right, but almost nothing more and not good food.

I'm not working right now, it's not worthy, I do better by myself

Jez... I knew Venezuela's economy is a little too weak.
I guess $7 weekly is worth something in Venezuela :)
Yea exactly, you can so so much by yourself and not work your ass out when it doesn't even worth it

Yeah, I have had just two jobs since I graduated, right into an art gallery and because of the pandemic, in a shipping agency since July, and my best salary was $45 a month, it was worthy then tho, because the cost of the life was expensive in national currency but not that much in dollars, so I was good... but things got bad and at the shipping agency my salary was $25 a month and now the life is much more expensive... one kilo of rice is $1.5 just to say something.

I quit the agency in january when it was sooo much time doing nothing and I knew I could do better here in Hive and doing jobs by myself

Oh, I see the later turn out wasn't so favorable and you needed the quiet.
Glad to know you are doing much better here.
Hive on!

I can manage $7 a week if I'm not going outside, or paying for electricity, water, or emergencies coming up. Basically my undergraduate life

Lol, undergraduate life indeed.
But if you are coming from a family kinda life then you know its isn't worth it and you certainly can't manage that less you know?

My mom can manage 7$/ week I don't know how she does it but I can't. That's gonna make me so miserable and I'll find ways to make more money and I'll sleep thinking and dreaming about ways to make money every waking hours 🤣 and do something about it.

The struggle to make the rewards worth the time is real. Even your passions, in my case the blockchain, sometimes need an objective measurement of value for time spent.
Good post!
