Silent Treatment ~ Not Helping!

When you don't like something even your mind will remind you of how many times you have disposed of such things.
I can literally count the number of times I have looked at a particular outfit and be like No! we aren't wearing that.
I can tell how many times I have seen certain actions or conduct and be like NO! we aren't doing that and we can't.
Because either some of the outfits are not pleasing or up to my standard of what modest and proper wear should look like or it's not a comfortable one.
And as for conduct, it's either annoying or disgusting but whichever way, I am reminded of what I like and what I don't. It's in my subconscious.

It's not possible not to like something and then you forget that you don't like that thing. I don't think there is a thing like that. If you don't like something, it is recorded and stored in your subconscious that you don't like this thing.



The same goes for disliking people or a person. There is nothing in the face of the earth that could make you forget that you don't like this person or that there is something about the person you don't like or fancy.
This is because each time you bump into the person, you are either suddenly reminded of what you dislike about the person, or you already know even before sighting the person.
There are things we disapprove of and most times we can't even say it.
There are certain behaviours we don't like about a person but most times we can't say it or tell the person so because of that, we either subconsciously or unconsciously dislike this person.
And this is an action, done in silence, which in most cases, wouldn't help either of both parties.
In such a situation, proper communication is a major factor in correcting most of the disliked qualities.

If there is something you don't like, say it.
If there is something about a person you don't welcome or fancy, tell him or her.
Don't react or act in silence, it's not helping either you or the person.
And if there are thoughts or things you don't appreciate, dispose of them and live a happy and healthy life.
