South Africa Women batted first after winning the toss, started the inning not very well, Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits came to start the inning, the first wicket has gone very quicly just for 3 runs in fourth ball of the first over, Tazmin Brits dismissed for 1 run, next batsman Marizanne Kapp came to bat and she also dismissed very quickly just for 9 runs in 10 balls as second wicket in 2.3 over, the team score was 13 runs, next batsman Sune Luus came to bat and played well with Laura Wolvaardt, the third wicket has gone for 46 runs in 6.4 overs, Sune Luus dismissed after scoring 22 runs in 17 balls, followed by Chloe Tryon came to bat, after a while the fourth wicket has gone for 55 runs in 8.3 overs, Laura Wolvaardt dismissed after soring 13 runs in 17 balls, next batsman Delmi Tucker came to bat and she good strike totate with Chloe Tryon for a while, the fifth wicket has gone for 78 runs in 12.3 over, Delmi Tucker dismissed for 5 runs in 11 balls, next batsman Nadine de Klerk came to bat and handled the inning with Chloe Tryon, the sixth wicket has gone for 125 runs in last ball of the 19th over, Chloe Tryon dismissed after playing a very brilliant inning of 40 runs with the help of 6 boundaires in 34 balls, followed by Sinalo Jafta came to bat and she remians unbeaten for 5 runs in 3 balls with Nadine de Klerk, and Nadine de Klerk played an unbeaten inning of 28 runs in 26 balls. In this way, South Africa Women scored 132 runs after losing 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs and set a target of 133 runs in front of New Zealand Women.
