The Final Match of the Australia Domestic One-Day Cup 2022-23 was played today between Western Australia vs South Australia at W.A.C.A. Ground, Perth. In which Western Australia won the match by a big margin of 238 runs and won the Australia Domestic One-Day Cup 2022-23 title.

South Australia won the toss and invited Western Australia to bat first, Western Australia batted first, started the inning very very strongly, althought the first wicket has gone very quickly, Josh Philippe and Josh Inglis came to start the inning, the first wicket has gone for 3 runs in fifth ball of the first over, Josh Philippe dismissed just for 2 runs in 5 balls, next batsman Cameron Bancroft came to bat handled the inning and played a very brilliant double century partnership of 227 runs with Josh Inglis, the second wicket has gone for 230 runs in 35.2 overs, Josh Inglis dismissed after playing a very brilliant century inning of 138 runs with the help of 5 sixes and 14 boundaries in just 110 balls, next batsman Mitchell Marsh came to bat and handled the inning with Cameron Bancroft, the third wicket has gone for 272 runs in first ball of the 41st over, Cameron Bancroft dismissed after playing a very brilliant half-century inning of 90 runs with the help of 6 boundaries in 112 balls, followed by Marcus Stoinis came to bat and he dismissed just for 11 runs in 8 balls as fourth wicket in 42.5 overs, the team score was 302 runs, next batsman Ashton Turner came to bat and played well with Mitchell Marsh, the fifth wicket has gone for 335 runs in 45.3 overs, Mitchell Marsh dismissed after playing a very brilliant half-century inning of 56 runs with the help of 5 sixes and 3 bounadires in just 30 balls, followed by Aaron Hardie came to bat, meanwhile the sixth wicket has gone for 335 runs in 45.3 overs, Ashton Turner dismissed for 18 runs in 10 balls, next batsman Ashton Agar came to bat and handled the inning with Aaron Hardie, the seventh wicket has gone for 386 runs in fifth ball of the final over, Ashton Agar dismissed after scoring 26 runs with the help of 3 sixes in just 15 balls, next followed by Matthew Kelly came to bat and he remains unbeaten for 1 run with Aaron Hardie, and Aaron Hardie played a very brilliant unbeaten quick inning of 23 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 1 boundary in just 9 balls. In this way, Western Australia scored 387 runs after losing 7 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs and set a very strong target of 388 runs for South Australia.

In this way the entire team all-out just for 206 runs in 31.4 overs and lost the match by a big margin of 181 runs.

Western Australian bowlers performed very brilliant bowling, Ashton Agar took 5 wickets just for 64 runs in 9.4 overs, Andrew Tye 3 wickets for 34 runs in 7 overs, and Ashton Turner 2 wickets for 33 runs in 4 overs.

Western Australian batsman Josh Inglis was selected as the best player of the match, he played a very brilliant century inning of 138 runs with the help of 5 sixes and 14 boundaries in just 110 balls.
