Thanks for your advice it is a good advice indeed we have to protect our eyes so that we won't have visual problem in the future.
Because if the eyes is having problem that we cannot see clearly or our visual problem it's real affects all our body and and we won't be able to see clearly at work.
a lot of people don't know that they are harming themselves by exposing their eyes to some lighting or bright lights without glass that will protect their eyes.
Because some people believe that eye glasses is meant for decoration or fashion, no but for protection.

Thanks for the enlighten post about the importance of sun lens, a lot of people believed sun lens is meant for someone with eye problem, not knowing it can serves as prevention of sight problems in the future.

I believe slot of people need to know more about this eyes is one of the important thing that can never be joke with because when eyes is gone in fact all the other body is gone as well, I will say I appreciate the advice of the optician..
Eyes is one of the sense organ that we really need to take good care of, but of the time people need mind what their look into I believe their are some little things we need to resist from doing just to ensure that everything is fine
Another point is the taking care of our health most of the time our health as a lot to do when it comes to the eyes,some people never care about what their eat which go along way to contribute to our health
As for me anything that deal with my eyes I never take it for granted most especially when different drugs are recommended to be use for un neccessary things,i make sure I'm very care in that
