My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2021

Today i tried not to stay at home and just watch movies and play ps4 like yesterday.

I made it but the only thing I did was to go to a supermarket and do some shopping because I needed some food.

After that I just decided to lay on my bed and watch documentaries. Some weeks ago i started to watch many environmental based documentary and today's aren't different.

I started with Cowspiracy


It is talking about the impact of meat on the environment. As a vegetarian I knew most of things in that movie.
It decided myself to go vegan ! I'll just finished every egg or cheese I have and do my best to don't buy it anymore !

After it finished I just wanted more. And I discovered that the team behind the documentary That Sugar Movie did another that is about environment.

That movie is named 2040

As that sugar film, the film is really instructive and makes it really easy to understand and open your mind. After all the documentaries I watched, i think that this one should be as much the first and the last to see.

It's easier to watch so it great to start with it but sometimes it doesn't go far enough so the others are really great to understand each part with more accuracy.

Once you watched a lot of them, watching 2040 again is a good sum up to know what are the biggest parts.
