My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2022
Hello everyone, hope you all had a nice and active day. Today it was all about walking. Walking to school, walking in massive house that I work. Also I was lucky enough to go for a nice walk as a part of my job. Being in the woods or near the trees has many benefits like improving immune system, lowering blood pressure, reduce stress, improve mood. All this as a perk of my job. The best part is that walking in the woods is free and available for anyone. Have a good night sleep !
