The future of money.
I sat down and wondered, "why all the stress? Why all the hustle and buzzle? Why don't we just sit in our house and get everything we want? What exactly is the driving force?" I got answers like " people just don't like staying in one place, they want to exercise, they want a better life, they want money". It clicked. There are other driving forces but money was the most dominant of them all. Everyone wants money for one reason or another. Money goes by different names in different languages but the slang
for money that always get me is 'kpala kpala'. After research, this is what I came up with.
Money is a commodity accepted by the general public as a medium of economic changes. It circulates from person to person and from country to country, facilitating trade and the principal of wealth. The word money is derived from a Latin word "moneta" which happens to mean coin.

As an economics students, I see money as the following:
A medium of exchange: this is where the buying and selling comes in. We use money to carry out some trading activities. In the past, money was represented with things like cowries, sea shells, whale's tooth,feathers and a whole lot of other things. It was graded according to its value. Sea shells that could be picked up from the sea couldn't be of the same value as a whale's tooth. I can only imagine how hard it was to get a whale's tooth or a peacock feather.

A store of value: as money arose, the urge to store it also arose. It's human nature to feel superior and as such, people store money to show their level of wealth. It's not something that is a fairytale, we see it everyday. There would always be who can't get enough. They set a target and when they reach their target, they still want more. Money is stored so as to show the variation in value from one person to another.
A standard of deferred payment: money is used as a standard of deferred payment. One could always purchase a good and ask to pay later. But in this case you may get lucky or not if inflation or deflation set it.
A unit of account: Money serves as a common base of comparison that people use to present prices on their goods and also record debts.

Money has become a driving force for most if not everyone. Like they say, nothing lasts forever. Things change and money hasn't been left out of the 'change chain' it has moved from cowries, to peacock feathers to coins, to gold and silver, to paper money and it will keep evolving. Taking a look at the recent occurrences, I presume the future of money would be in the likes of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and even POB. I say POB because I read a post from @progressivechef and he said something like "you could stop by my shop whenever you want to. Making payments wouldn't be hard because I also take POB's". I was mesmerised but it's the simple truth.
I'd like to say that the future of money is and has always been a bright one apart from the fluctuation in value. There's nothing with advantages that doesn't have disadvantages right?. As of now, I'm just waiting to see how the 'money train' evolves.

the reason why some people are still alive is because of money,those people in hospital they use money to build their bill.
Money is what will use to take care of herself, to buy food that we eat, there's nothing we can do without having money to pursue it.
We can send money to anywhere we don't feel going, some miss use the value of money, they you it to kill, to destroy people life.
They money to corrupt people and work world, money is very use but people are miss you it and the way people are after money now adays is very bad.
Kidnapped people because they want to get money, doing ritual because of money it is very bad.
Although we can not sit at home to get money or what we want because we will need money to get what we want.
But not to extent of killing people to make money, if other killed those people who use to do ritual who will be left in the world or can they have previlge to use people like that, no, is not possible.
That means we need to work hard to money, not killing people to have money.
Yes. People venture into a lot of illegal and unnecessary deeds because of money.
In a means to take care of oneself and have a better life, people do very despicable deeds.
