Brut From Alsace, France

What's up Hive! So last night was great. Being my only day off, Sundays are the days I try to unwind, and have some quality family time. We had some friends over, and I decided to pop up some sparking wine from the Alsace region of France. Same exact method they use to make Champagne, but only can sparkling wine be called Champagne if it is from the Champagne region of France. This beverage hit all the spots!
It is always important to serve white wine chilled. I put this in the fridge for 3 hours before popping. If I was in a hurry, I would put it in the freezer for a good 30 min. This wine smelt like green apples, and almond. Very refreshing, and with 12% alcohol, something that will not knock your socks off. I really could not of picked a better beverage........
You nailed it with the tacos 🌮.
Complete accident too! lol
Some Pinot Grigio I got on the discount shelf at Walmart.

Nice. Pinot Grigio is a wine ive yet to have. Soon though, Cheers!
Have you tried Malbecs?
Yeah, but only a few. The ones from Argentina are good, and cheap.
