Stress and how I deal with it???

Hello people. I'm back again so sorry you don't really get posts from me here everyday.

I've been busy with school since we just resumed lately plus I always have to wait five days for my resource credit to fully recharge after making a post like this one because I don't have enough hive to function properly on the block chain.

How do you deal with stress?

Stress is something that almost all human face as long as we go about doing one thing or the other on a daily basis.

I've been going through stress but there are several ways I get to deal with them which I'll mention a few here.

Firstly I try talking to my girlfriend. She's an amazing person, she is good at making me forget everything I had ever gone through during the day , she makes me laugh so loud and at the end of it I feel so good.

I also try to do some lapses every evening when I get back from school and some push ups too can't let that out lol. It helps in keeping me fit and also clears my mind.

Thirdly I drink a lot of water. Yeah water really helps me too and mind you not just any water, it has to be chilled so I can feel it down my spine and brain lol.

And last but not least I just drown myself on blues and drift off to sleep. When I wake up the next morning I feel refreshed to take anything that comes my way for that day.

Many people have one way or the other in which they deal with stress and this is just my way of dealing with it. So how's your own means of dealing with stress???

It's true dear . Each and every one experience stress in one way or the other but how to deal with it is good. I think I'm gonna have to go through your way of dealing with stress I think your way is just perfect.

Stress is actually not good for the body, but as long as you go out everyday on your daily activities you must be stressed and ways in which stress can be relieved is by resting or sleeping having enough sleep gives you energy or against our energy for the following day's work so stress is very good for the body and we really need rest everyday
