Emphasizing the Prospect of SPORTS token in Charity
Two days ago, I mentioned my plans to brand sets of jerseys with Hive and Sportstalksocial logo and link for my church football team and that would serve as a way to promote the SportsTalksSocial (STS) community and Hive blockchain while making the people feel the impact of the blockchain. It won't stop there. There are much we can do to market this unique blockchain product we have and bring in m ore dedicated users to the STS frontend.
Charity is just the way out. This is the module used by most brands to sell the products and services sweatlessly. Always being on the readiness to give back to the community is a way to make more sales. Imagine having STS and Hive branded products as "free" gifts to the millions of sports organizations and sports loving individuals and one day, they just decide to "see" what we do here.
I've hurdled this thoughts for long but was not able to do it as the prices of tokens were low, especially with SPORTS. This, because, I know many people would get discouraged to just come here to see that the token is almost worth nothing, especially as they won't earn millions in one day. Now that we begin to see the prices green up for SPORTS, certainly, we'll have more users stay.
I would be doing sports charity by gifting branded footballs to schools and sports organizations in a way to promote STS communty. To the schools, their sports teachers and department could create a blog to showcase the physical and fitness lessons undertaken by the students. Moreover, school sports activities would receive boosters and that could serve an additional source of revenue. To sports organizations, they could create their official blog here just as they do in other socialmedia handles. If sports teams, I look for a future when we could pay for match tickets using SPORTS token. The usecases are just so enormous for the token and community.
The drive is not diminishing...
... the emphasis showing that gifting simple materials like ball, tennis rack, pressure pumps, and other equipment to enhance sports sports in schools would go a long way to marketing the @Sportstalksocial tribe as well as the SPORTS token. On the long run, Hive is marketed and while those users get to join, they'll be opened to know more communities.
Here is just the beginning. The more we impact people with our SPORTS token, the better they'll see reasons to be a part of us.

For me, I have been burdened with plan to have Ondo State (my state) Sports athletes on sportstalk through the use of Actifit because they always jug pass my house each day early in the morning. All sports personnel. I wish I could put them on my autovote after signing them up and thereby give them a small incentives for there work. But my major scare has always been if I do this, won't it lead to heavy dumping?
Also,what is we put your church sport players on sportstalk, what's the probability they won't dump all there token and sell. This has always been the scary part.
Two years ago, I remember I discussed this with @zoneboy and @tosyne2much. If you will bring this up, it will very great, we can even start from using it in the most common way: Betting. Using betnaija as case study and starting point.
Now, if we succeed bringing in 1k new people, and all of them are active, it helps to spread the tokens into many hands and not all of them would want to dump. We could have 10 to 20 out of 1k that's investment minded and their efforts can heal to a great extent.
Boss, I disagree.
Take for example this sportstalk platform. The number of people on it and the number ready to dump at each pay out. That is a simulation if we bring 1,000 people in. We will be seeing close to +800 people selling while less than +200 are staking.
Don't forget there is no use cases for now. Also remember the highest number of people posting are actifit, put in mind too what this place will be filled with then. It will be more messy than before. That's my own perspective.
Buy if we bring in more dapp and use cases, let's say, sportstalk token as a payment for watching football in game houses, mode of payment for sport betting apps and many more, we can really effect some changes in here by telling them writing good sports content pays than actifit, with our upvote also doing the same.
While I understand that we need dapps built here, I am saying that it's up to all of us to have it done. No more a Pat's thing. With proposals now running, anyone is free to build here and get funded for doing so. While we wait for the dapp build, we have to start getting people here. The numbers are the power that grows every socialmedia community. Checkout what happens to LEO and CTP community, engagement is high. The more the active users, the more the engagement and that would have an effect on ad revenue when they finally roll out.
I really appreciate your views towards making sports a more valuable and known token. We have sport organizations in all the states of our countries. I see sports growing drastically if we can adopt your concept. More population to sports community is a way forward to making sport if not the number one valuable token, buy one of the best and preferred token to be used by many.
Though it will demand Our sacrifice, meeting with sport teams and greeting awareness of this wonderful token sports will give them an edge to perform more both in practice and as well as investing too.
