We could have !HOPEd that there was a (graceful) transfer of leadership of the tribe to other active people on the community !INDEED. 🤯🤗

Indeed, that's how it should have been done. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I think that a Hive community generally becomes a "tribe" when it has its own official token (on #HiveEngine), and optionally has its own Hive-based frontend !INDEED. 🤯🤓

That's great and all, but I've learned to put a lot more credence in communities that are actually run well, whether they have those components or not. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I assume that one of the major factors that you look for on a "good" community is the presence of multiple active leaders. 🧘♂️🤓

I think that it usually is (but not always) the case that active leaders have good communication as one of their traits !INDEED. 🧘♂️🤓

Do you mean that even if the leader (or the leadership) of a Hive community is active, they are usually not good in communication !INDEED? 🤔🤯😅

Sadly, yes, that is often the case. Good communication is key. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Looks like you would say that it is often (though not necessarily) the case is that a community with only one leader who is good at communication beats other communities with more than one leader but whose leaders are not that good at communication. 🤔🧘♂️🤯🤓
Yes, indeed, I agree with that. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
