House Down Under @ Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park

Hi Everyone,

Moore Park used to be a more popular family area with the annual Easter Show used to be held there but it was later on moved to Sydney Olympic Park. Then the Entertainment Quarter was built with some Hollywood movies filmed right at the Fox Studios inside the Entertainment Quarter. Even the latest Thor: Love and Thunder movie had many parts filmed right here in Sydney at Fox Studios. Recently a new attraction was built called House Down Under. It is a house upside down right outside of Fox Studios attracting lots of visitors, especially kids during the school holidays.

We were there to watch Thor last week weekend so decided to check it out. You cannot miss the building, it was literally sitting right outside the cinemas. The cool part was that the house is an actual house just upside down so visitors can see how it is like to have everything turned upside down. Unfortunately, the line to go in was long plus there was a huge crowd. With the given COVID situation here in Sydney, numbers are rising quickly so we decided to not go inside and just try again outside of the school holidays.

We did however take the opportunity to take a few pictures to show how well the house stands upside down. Not only it look pretty fun, but at some point I did worry will this house ever tip over if too many people started to lean or push it to one side.
