Food Sharing #315 - Restaurant Yoyogi @ Harajuku, Tokyo @ Japan

Hi Everyone,

One of the stops we went after checking our Meiji Jingu was Restaurant Yoyogi. Everyone was super hungry after our long walk to the shrine so I guess it’s time to get some lunch. The restaurant was pretty busy as it was lunch time but we got a seat after waiting a few minutes. As it was situated in a tourist location, the menu also had English which made it easy for our kids to decide what to eat. Lots of choices with a drink package we can choose from.

The kids decided to have the kids meal which has a variety of rice, beef patty, chicken, dessert and so on. I love Japanese kids meals. They are so cheap and cheerful, our kids love them. Hubby and I both wanted the beef stew omelette which it comes with a salad and soup. For under 1500 yen, you won’t be able to get the same thing in Sydney for sure.

The size of the meal was very substantial, more than enough. BB E actually had my leftover as his kids meal wasn’t enough for him. I think BB E is getting much older now, he probably needs to order an adult meal to keep up with his growing body. The food quality was pretty good for the price and location we are at, I guess that is why this restaurant was so busy. In general, Japanese restaurants have high standards and are very reasonable in price we have found during our stay. I’m glad we stopped by this restaurant to keep us going for the rest of the day of sightseeing.

Japan is not only rich in it's beautiful sceneries but also having good food at a very reasonable price. It seems that I am more eager to visit Japan. Good thing you found a restaurant that fits to your kids.
