Hi Everyone,

We’ve walked past this restaurant a few times but every time we wanted to try it, there is always a line. Never fails. We decided to get there one day when it opens just before lunch and we got a table just before the lunch rush hour. The reason why we wanted to try this place is they have an unlimited bread buffet for all their guest. The best part is all the bread is made in-house and you can see the baker behind the counter making them all day long.

We were seated and ordered through the iPad. The kids ordered their kids' meal combo which has a bit of meat, veggies, eggs, and fries. Hubby ordered a steak and I ordered a combo with fish. We also added on unlimited drinks for the adults as the kids have them included in their meals. Japanese restaurants really cater to the young kids, everything is included in the meal so the parents don’t think they need to spend a fortune to get the kids fed.

The types of bread on offer were unbelievable. From savory to sweet, all there for you to choose. We love the milk buns in particular and I think it’s one of the favourites so it always gets replenished very quickly. Kids loved the bread buffet and surprisingly they were also able to finish their main meal.

The drink bar had a combo of hot and cold drinks. Lots to choose from but we don’t normally drink a lot with our meals but for the small price added, it is worth adding. It’s all you can drink so you can go back as often as possible.

The coolest part of the restaurant is they have a robot serving the food from the kitchen. We haven’t seen it crash into people or tables so it was pretty reliable. After we have taken all the food off the robot, we can press a button on top of its head and it will return back to the kitchen swiftly. That was also the highlight of coming to this restaurant. The visit ended with the kids getting a toy at the front of the restaurant with the token received after the meal. Did I say how well the Japanese restaurant looks after the kids?

Overall the food was average but we rave highly of the fresh bread. We recommend people to come here just to try the bread. I find all Japanese bread is super flurry, so much better than what we normally get in Australia. You might be thinking BB E and I can’t have wheat, but we have found out that we are fine with Japanese wheat, therefore, have been enjoying all the cakes and bread in Japan during our whole stay.

Looks delicious!

I wouldn't mind going there even if it is just for the fresh bread :)
