Hi Everyone,

Darlinghurst gives me great memories. We used to live in this area and even though its a small studio, we had the greatest views of Sydney Harbour. We didn’t stay there for long as the studio was super tiny and the lift was always in repairs, but Darlinghurst has some of the best cafes around. This time we decided to drive all the way from home to Darlinghurst and try the Bills. They have some great reviews online, especially their nice fluffy eggs which I am keen to try.

Let’s have a look at the menu. We ordered the crab kimchi fried rice, full Aussie, chocolate milkshake & peanut, and banana protein smoothie. Our food came quickly, in fact, our drinks came much later than the food. The crab fried rice was super delicious. It was a more western style with a hint of Korean flavour to it with the kimchi. The full Aussie meal is just like a big breakfast but that egg was divine. It was so fluffy and filling even though it didn’t look like much. No wonder it's highly recommended to try the eggs.

The milkshake was a nice touch with my breakfast. I don’t usually order a heavy drink but since I’m there without the kids, I can order something I want to drink without worrying about the kids taking it all. Hubby said the protein smoothie was delicious and I could see as he drank it up very quickly.

It is best to come early in the week as there will be fewer people and you can also book online. We were there on the weekend so we had to wait around 20 minutes for a table which wasn’t too bad. Service was fine though the only thing about this place is the parking. We were lucky to find some street parking but its metered so best to either find a park a little further or take public transport to be on the safe side.

What a big menu, I would definitely get a bout of choice paralysis. The food looks delicious as well as the hot beverages! Thanks for sharing!

I'm in love with this plate. I really like the way it looks these days when I'm on a diet. Enjoy your meal.

everything looks very good, although it seems quite expensive to me hehe, although the Australian dollar has fallen with respect to the US dollar they are very high values (of course I am from South America where surely everything seems very cheap hehe)
Regards
