The sun will come out tomorrow.

There are so many people in the world going through a lot of difficulties, some have had faith while some have given up.

Today I went to see one of my friends and she just wasn't fine. She had begun to look down and think low.of herself. I asked her what the matter was and all she could say was she didn't like the way she looked, plus someone body shamed her.

I felt her pain and how embarrassing that could be if I put myself in her shoes. Every human wasn't created the same and so I don't see a reason why anyone should body shame another. Some people are fat, thin, chubby and round. We all come in different shapes and sizes.

I tried to make her understand that we are all unique in our different ways. Even the sun and moon shine at their time. They don't compete with each other to see who shines the brightest.

Things like this cause depression and make one do what he or she isn't supposed to do.

You may not understand why I used the sun will come out as my title but I did because it means a lot. It means not giving up, it means there's a tomorrow it means even if you're body shamed, bullied and all what not, it's not the end of the world.

If you give up, who do you think would take up your responsibility? No one will! It's better to double up your game and if any one says you can't do it, do it twice and take pictures.

There should be no room for depression because we're all the CEO of our lives and so we should lead. Help others, be kind. If you can't be kind then be quiet.

We're all strong enough to face anything that comes our way even if we don't feel like it now. I'm not saying it's easy but we should cry and stand up. Never limited to challenges but arise and limit your challenges and remember the sun will come out tomorrow.
