The second semester for my school's session has kick-started and while at school today I got the information that the first semester examination results has been released.

God have mercy because I'm curious, don't call it panic because I know I did well. I read and sat for the exam like a princess whose brain was working really fine at that moment but do you think my overconfidence could have made me write jargon?

I really don't wanna have an answer to that question just yet till I get to see my results face to face, it's either I'm gonna deny it or accept it when we get to say hello to ourselves. Lol

Too bad my name is what is gonna be inscribed on the result but then I have the freedom to say the marker of my papers marked shit if only the result doesn't look like me. I'm too beautiful to have shitty first semester results.

Let's get back to my curiosity, I can't check it, my hands are shaking, I can't log into my students portal, okay I can but I don't want to, what do you think I'll see there? Big 'Fs' and complete red inks or wonderful 'As' and prolly 'B's'?

I'm not gonna check it because right now my curiosity and my common sense are arguing again and it's gonna be a serious battle if I don't end it by just clicking open my student portal.

I'm scared. When my friends ask me how I did, what will I say? Oh yes! I'll say;

I owe you no explanation.

I'll be checking those results tonight after the mind and common sense fight, I don't even believe myself anymore when I say I'll do that.

At some point I know I'll have to check it to be doubly sure where I stand, if I'm gonna be moving to the next year in peace or in pieces. I don't even know what to do right now maybe I'll just believe in my "I too know what I wrote self" and hit that damn check results button.

Hahaha! It's gonna be a blast. Like I said earlier, I can either deny it or accept it.

At least here, the cat died and left curiosity but I'm here alive and full with pounds of flesh and blood running through my veins. It's either I face it or I still face it. I don't know what's wrong with me right now.
