My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2025

Today was December 8th and it was a Monday. Today the sun rose at 6:56 am and the sunset time was 5:06 pm. Today the duration of the day was 10 hours and 6 minutes while the duration of the night will be 13 hours and 54 minutes. The nights of winter are very long. This is the system of nature. My Allah knows best. But the time of the day is very short, so all the work that is done during the day has to be done quickly.

آج دسمبر کی آٹھ تاریخ تھی اور سوموار کا دن تھا ۔ آج سورج صبح 6:56پر طلوع ہوا اور غروب آفتاب کا ٹائم 5:06 تھا ۔ آج دن کا دورانیہ 10 گھنٹے اور 6منٹ تھا جبکہ رات کا دورانیہ 13 گھنٹے اور 54 منٹ ہو گا ۔ سردیوں کی راتیں بہت لمبی ہوتی ہیں یہ نظام قدرت ہے میرا اللّٰہ بہتر جاننے والا ہے لیکن دن کا وقت بہت کم ہوتا ہے اس لیے سارے کام جلدی جلدی کرنے ہوتے ہیں جو دن کے وقت ہوتے ہیں

Today was Monday, so the children had to go to school today because they had already had two holidays, one on a weekday and the other on a Sunday, but I don't like weekday holidays at all, but I have to, officially Saturday is also a holiday. So I had to prepare breakfast for the children early in the morning, so at 5:30 in the morning I lit a fire in the fireplace. First, I collected wood and set fire to these dry pieces of wood. When the fire spread well, then I made parathas and eggs and tea. Then at 6:30 with great difficulty I woke up the children. When the children woke up, then I fed the children breakfast. The children were not in the mood, but still I forced them to ride in a rickshaw and sent them. When the children go to school, I will be busy with household chores. First of all, I fed my younger daughter breakfast. Today my brother was not at home, he had gone to the city since yesterday and he was supposed to return home this afternoon. A man knocked on the door and said, "I have to water my crops today, so please run a tube well for me." I said, "Brother, you go to your crops, I will run a tube well." He went to his crops and I ran a tube well. My younger daughter was also with me. I have also taken a few pictures of my younger daughter outside the house. But I could not sit there for long because I had so much work to do at home, what can I tell you?"

آج سوموار کا دن تھا اس لیے آج بچوں نے سکول تو جانا تھا کیونکہ پہلے دو چھٹیاں گزار چکے تھے ایک ہفتے والی چھٹی اور دوسری اتوار والی لیکن مجھے ہفتے والی چھٹی بلکل پسند نہیں ہے لیکن مجبور ہیں سرکاری طور پر ہفتے کو بھی چھٹی ہے ۔ اس لیے صبح سویرے پہلے بچوں کیلئے ناشتہ تیار کرنا تھا اس لیے صبح 5 بج کے 30 منٹ پر چہلے میں آگ جلائی ۔ پہلے لکڑیاں جمع کیں بھی ان خشک لکڑیاں کو آگ لگائی ۔ جب آگ اچھی طرح پھیل گی تو پھر میں نے پراٹھے انڈے اور چائے بنائی ۔ پھر 6 بج کے 30 منٹ پر بچوں کو جگایا بہت مشکل سے ۔ جب بچے جاگ گے تو پھر میں نے بچوں کو ناشتہ کھلایا ۔ بچوں کا دل نہیں کر رہا تھا لیکن پھر بھی میں نے زبردستی ان کو رکشے میں سوار کر کے بھیج دیا ۔ جب بچے سکول چلے گے تو میں گھر کے کاموں میں مصروف ہوگی ۔ سب پہلے میں نے اپنی چھوٹی بیٹی کو ناشتہ کھلایا ۔ آج میرا بھائی گھر پر نہیں تھا وہ کل سے شہر گیا ہوا تھا اور اس نے آج دوپہر کو گھر واپس آنا تھا ۔ دروازے پر کسی مرد نے دستک دی کہ میں نے آج پانی لگانا ہے اپنی فصل کو مجھے ٹیوب ویل چلا دیں ۔ میں نے کہا میرے بھائی آپ اپنی فصل میں چلے جائیں میں ٹیوب ویل چلا دوں گی ۔ وہ اپنی فصل میں چلا گیا اور میں نے ٹیوب ویل چلا دیا ۔ میری چھوٹی بیٹی بھی میرے ساتھ تھی میں نے گھر سے باہر میں اپنی چھوٹی بیٹی کی چند تصویریں بھی بنائی ہیں ۔ لیکن میں وہاں کافی دیر نہیں بیٹھ سکتی تھی کیونکہ گھر میں اتنے کام پڑے تھے کہ آپ کو میں کیا بتاؤ ں
