My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2025
| Today's day began with the name of Allah, the Sustainer of all the worlds, whose dominion is visible everywhere, who provides sustenance to every living being, in whose hands is the life of all of us. |

| Today was Sunday and the fifth of October. The day began with the blessed name of Allah. Today the sun rose at 6:00 am and set at 5:38 pm. Every sun of life has its own importance in human life every day. In the morning, before the sun rose, I woke up, performed ablution and offered Fajr prayer, after which I recited a few verses of the Holy Quran and read their translation in my language. |

| Then I went to the kitchen and started making breakfast for the children. Today I did not wake up the children because today was Sunday and the children had a holiday from school. There is one day a week for children, which is Sunday, because children wake up very peacefully on Sunday. At night, my daughter also had a cold and her body was also aching. When he went to bed in the morning, his condition was very different, and it was all due to rest. |

آج کے دن کا آغاز اس اللّٰہ کے نام سے شروع کیا جو تمام جہانوں کو پالنے والا ہے جس کی بادشاہی ہر طرف ظاہر ہے جو ہر جاندار کو رزق عطاء کرتا ہے جس کے قبضہ قدرت میں ہم سب کی جان ہے ۔ آج اتوار کا کا دن تھا اور اکتوبر کی پانچ تاریخ تھی دن کا آغاز اللّٰہ کے بابرکت نام سے کیا ۔ آج سورج صبح 6:00 بجے طلوع ہوا ہے اور 5:38 پر غروب ہوا ۔ زندگی کا ہر سورج ہر دن انسانی زندگی میں اپنی اہمیت رکھتا ہے ۔ صبح سورج طلوع ہونے سے پہلے میں جاگ گی میں نے وضو کیا اور نماز فجر ادا کی اس کے بعد پھر نے قرآن مجید کی چند آیات تلاوت کیں اور اپنی زبان میں ان کا ترجمہ پڑھا ۔ پھر میں کچن میں گی اور بچوں کیلئے ناشتہ بنانا شروع کر دیا ۔ آج میں نے بچوں کو نہیں جگایا کیونکہ آج اتوار کا دن تھا اور بچوں کی سکول سے چھٹی تھی ۔ ہفتے میں ایک دن بچوں کا ہوتا ہے جس دن اتوار ہوتی ہے کیونکہ بچے اتوار کو بہت سکون سے جاگتے ہیں ۔ رات کو میری بیٹی کو زکام بھی تھا اور اس کا جسم بھی درد کر رہا تھا ۔ جب صبح لیٹ جاگی تو اس کی طبیعت میں بہت فرق تھا اور یہ سب آرام کرنے کی وجہ سے تھا ۔

| Today, apart from household chores, my son and I will go to the canal land of Abu Hurairah Khan village. We will go there because we had leveled the land there to see if the plot of land was made properly or not and secondly, we had to get some trees cut from there. |

| I went there with my son. The environment and weather were very beautiful when we reached there. We saw the land there which was prepared for sowing wheat and secondly, we saw our trees which we were going to cut for fuel. I saw a plant there which reminded me of my childhood. This is the plant which we call dila in our language. We used to eat it a lot in our childhood. I broke these dills to my son so that he could also taste them. Then I told my son about them in full detail. Dills are red in color and their taste is sour and sweet. |

آج گھر کے کاموں سے ہٹ کر میں اور میرا بیٹا ابو ہریرہ خان گاؤں کی نہر والی زمین پر گے ۔ ہم وہاں اس لے گے کہ ہم نے ایک تو وہاں زمین کو ہموار کیا تھا دیکھنا یہ تھا کہ زمین کا پلاٹ صحیح بنا ہے یا نہیں اور دوسرا وہاں سے چند درختوں کی کٹائی کروانی تھی میں اپنے بیٹے کے ساتھ وہاں گی ۔ ماحول اور موسم بہت خوبصورت تھا جب ہم وہاں پہنچے تو ۔ ہم نے وہاں زمین دیکھی جو گندم کی بجائی کیلئے تیار کی گئی تھی اور دوسرا ہم نے اپنے درختوں کو دیکھا جو ہم نے کٹائی کیلئے دیکھنے تھے ایندھن کے استعمال کیلئے ۔ میں نے وہاں پر ایک پودا دیکھا جس کو دیکھ کر مجھے اپنا بچپن یاد آگیا یہ وہ پودا ہے جس کو ہم اپنی زبان میں دیلا کہتے ہیں ۔ بچپن میں ہم یہ بہت کھاتے تھے میں نے اپنے بیٹے کو یہ دیلے توڑ کر دے تاکہ وہ بھی ان کا ذائقہ لے سکے پھر میں نے ان کے بارے میں مکمل تفصیل کے ساتھ اپنے بیٹے کو ان کے بارے میں بتایا ۔ دیلے سرخ رنگ کے ہوتے ہیں اور ان کا ذائقہ ترش اور میٹھا ہوتا ہے ۔
