| There was a time when every village had a cold water pitcher under almost every tree on every road |

| They used to put water in different pots in many trees and keep them for the birds Oh what a long time it was Apparently it was an earthen pot but the water inside it was no less than the coldness of a freezer |

| And there was no filter installed in the village everyone drew water from the wells and used it and there was no disease at that time. Everyone lived a prosperous life and a beautiful environment was seen |

| But it is a matter of time when one used to be sincere to make things easier for others without meaning to help them in their work. Now times have changed, facilities have come, we all have become literate, but not human beings |

| Now no one does anything for anyone without meaning and if he sees someone coming towards him, he changes his path |

| Those people were not literate, but they had humanity and compassion in them, they preferred a simple life and spent a good time and have been buried under the dust. |

ایک وقت تھا جب ہر گاؤں میں ہر سڑک پر تقریباً ہر درخت کے نیچے ٹھنڈے پانی کا گھڑا ہوتا تھا۔
گاؤں کے لوگ بھی بہت اچھے تھے، دوسروں کے لیے سہولتیں پیدا کرتے تھے اور راہگیروں کے لیے ٹھنڈے پانی کا انتظام کرتے تھے۔
وہ کئی درختوں میں مختلف برتنوں میں پانی ڈال کر پرندوں کے لیے رکھتے تھے۔
اوہ، کیا طویل وقت تھا
بظاہر یہ مٹی کا برتن تھا لیکن اس کے اندر کا پانی فریزر کی ٹھنڈک سے کم نہیں تھا۔
اور گاؤں میں کوئی فلٹر نہیں لگا تھا، ہر کوئی کنوؤں سے پانی نکال کر استعمال کرتا تھا، اور اس وقت کوئی بیماری نہیں تھی۔
سب نے خوشحال زندگی گزاری اور خوبصورت ماحول دیکھنے کو ملا
لیکن یہ اس زمانے کی بات ہے جب کوئی شخص اپنے کام میں مدد کرنے کے لیے بغیر کسی مطلب کے دوسروں کے لیے آسانیاں پیدا کرنے کے لیے مخلص ہوتا تھا۔
اب زمانہ بدل گیا ہے، سہولتیں آ گئی ہیں، ہم سب پڑھے لکھے ہو گئے ہیں، لیکن انسان نہیں۔
اب کوئی کسی کے لیے بغیر مطلب کے کچھ نہیں کرتا اور کسی کو اپنی طرف آتا دیکھتا ہے تو راستہ بدل لیتا ہے۔
وہ لوگ پڑھے لکھے نہیں تھے لیکن ان میں انسانیت اور ہمدردی تھی، انہوں نے سادہ زندگی کو ترجیح دی اور اچھا وقت گزارا اور خاک کے نیچے دب چکے ہیں۔
