Indeed, and it's even been admitted! Well, I'd say that there are multiple reasons. To block out the sun, to put nano particles of various metals, like aluminum, barium, and strontinum in the upper atmosphere to allow for HAARP to be utilized effectively, and to destroy the soils and to make people sick.
